This trekk takes us completely off the beaten track through wild valleys with spectacular views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Gurja Himal and Churen Himal. This trek offers an opportunity to discover areas which remain practically untouched by the modern world. In Churen Himal you will have a chance to trek into the mass of the Dhorpatan hills at about 3000-4300m. This area is full of rivers and fast glacial streams, lots of forest and animals. Our route crosses beautiful magar villages, one noteworthy one being Gurja gaun. A drive from Pokhara to Beni we will lead you to the foot of Churen Himal. 

Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu Airport.
You will be met at the airport by our Adventure Jaljale representative and transfered to your hotel in Kathmandu. Rest at the hotel and briefing about the trip. There should be time to explore the city's many charms on your own too. Overnight (O/N) in Kathmandu (breakfast included).

Day 2: Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.
Leave at 9 am for full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley including the holiest site in Nepal: the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath (a UNESCO world heritage site) & the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. We can also visit the Shyambhunath a 2000 year old temple colloquially known as the "Monkey Temple" and visit Patan city of fine arts. In the evening there wil be a briefing at your hotel or at the office. O/N at lodge in Kathmandu (breakfast included).

Day 3: Drive to Beni, Trek Begins: camp/lodge

Day 4: Trek to Babi Chor, camp .

Day 5: Trek to Dharapani, camp.

Day 6: Trek to Lumsang , camp.

Day 7: Trek to Gurjaghat, camp.

Day 8: Trek to Rupachaur Kharka, camp.

Day 9: Trek to Gurjagaon , camp.

Day 10: Trek to Darsinge Kharka, camp.

Day 11: Trek to Bundzunge Kharka, camp.

Day 12: Trek to Churen Himal BC - Bundzunge Kharka, camp.

Day 13: Trek to Gurjagaon, camp.

Day 14: Trek to Lumsang, camp.

Day 15: Trek to Khibang, camp.

Day 16: Trek to Malkwang, camp.

Day 17: Trek to Pakhapani, camp.

Day 18: Trek to Jhi - Beni, camp.

Day 19: Drive back, rest and sightseeing in Pokhara.

Day 17: Return to Kathmandu
After breakfast you will journey back from Pokhara to Katmandu by tourist Coach (about 7 hours) or you can take a flight (25 minutes) and accomodation will be arranged for you in Kathmandu. O/N at guesthouse in Kathmandu (breakfast included).

Day 18: (optional) Free day in Kathmandu

Day 19: Transfer to international airport for your final departure.
If you are interested in continuing on to the Chitwan Jungle Safari, River Rafting Adventure or any other tours you can start today.

If on the other hand your trip is at an end, we will say goodbye for now and our Airport Representative will drop you at the Kathmandu International Airport for your flight departure from Nepal.

• Nepal entry visa fee (you obtain a visa easily upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport Kathmandu). You will require 2 passport size photos.
• Tips for trekking staff and driver. (Tipping is expected but not mandatory).

• Items of a personal nature such as laundry, phone calls and internet service.
