Everest High pass trek is a challenging and famous trekking trail in the Everest region. It will include crossing the Kongma La pass (5535m), Cho La pass (5420m), and Renjo La pass (5446m) and links the five major valleys in the Everest region. Combined with ascents of Kala Patar (5545m) and Gokyo Peak (5350m), this is perhaps the ultimate Everest experience in Khumbu Himalaya range.
From Katmandu we will fly to Lukla and follow the classic Everest trail through Namche Bazaar, Tyangboche and Dingboche to the Kongma La pass surrounded by dramatic views of Ama Dablam, Makalu and the Lhotse , Nuptse face.
From the Kongma La pass , we will descend to the Khumbu glacier and then ascend Kala Patar for breathtaking close-up views of Mount Everest and a sea of other Himalayan giants. You traverse the glaciated Cho La pass to Gokyo, where we explore the valley and climb Gokyo Ri to enjoy more excellent mountain views including another angle of Everest, and Cho Oyu on the Tibetan border to the north then bear west to scramble across the Renjo La, dramatically back-dropped by the Everest range, to enter the Bhote Kosi valley, where we\\\'ll walk along grazing pastures and a trading route used by yak trains from Tibet to Thame. It is a short day from Thame to Namche Bazaar, where you will re-trace your earlier steps to Lukla and then fly back to Katmandu. 

Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu Airport.
You will be met at the airport by our Adventure Jaljale representative and transfered to your hotel in Kathmandu. Rest at the hotel and briefing about the trip. There should be time to explore the city\\\'s many charms on your own too. Overnight (O/N) in Kathmandu (breakfast included).

Day 2: Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.
Leave at 9 am for full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley including the holiest site in Nepal: the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath (a UNESCO world heritage site) & the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. We can also visit the Shyambhunath a 2000 year old temple colloquially known as the "Monkey Temple" and visit Patan city of fine arts. In the evening there wil be a briefing at your hotel or at the office. O/N at lodge in Kathmandu (breakfast included).

Day 3 : Fly to Lukla (2700 m) from Kathmandu and trek to Phakding (2600m).

Day 4 : Phakding to Namche (3440m)

Day 5 : Namche rest day (Day hike to Khumjung village / Thame Monestry)

Day 6 : Namche trek to Thangboche (3860m)

Day 7 : Thangboche trek to Dingboche (4300m)

Day 8 : Dingboche - Rest day (Day hike to Amadablam BC)

Day 9 : Dingboche trek to Chhukung (4755m)

Day 10 : Chhukung trek to Khangmala BC (5000m)

Day 11 : Khangmala BC- Khangmala pass (5535)-Lobuche (4930m).

Day 12 : Lobuche trek to Gorekshep (5180 m).Lunch at Gorakshep and continue trek

Day 13 : Everest base camp and overnight at Gorakshep.

Day 14 : Gorakshep to early in the morning Kala pattar (5545m) for the best Himalayan views and sunrise in the Mt. Everest and other Himalayas. Breakfast at Gorakshep and continue trek to Lobuche (4930m) Lobuche to Dzongla (4800m).

Day 15 : Dzongla to Thang Na (4850 m)

Day 16 : Thang Na to Gokyo Lake (4750 m)

Day 17 : Gokyo lake to early in the morning Gokyo Ri (5350m) for Best Himalayan views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse , Cho Oyo, Amadalam , Thamserku, Makalu etc. and back to Gokyo lake

Day 18 : Gokyo-renjo pass (5338m) trek Arye

Day 19 : Arye trek to Glacier

Day 20 : Glacier trek to Thame

Day 21 : Thame trek to Namche Bzaar

Day 22 : Namche Bazar to Lukla

Day 23 : Lukla by flight back to kahtmandu

Day 24: (optional) Free day in Kathmandu
O/N at guesthouse in Kathmandu (breakfast included)

Day 25: Transfer to international airport for your final departure.

If on the other hand your trip is at an end, we will say goodbye for now and our Airport Representative will drop you at the Kathmandu International Airport for your flight departure from Nepal.
